1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website at moovcourse.com and all games, accounts and services on it (together, “Moov Course”, “we”, “us”). By using Moov Course you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Responsible Play policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can use Moov Course
- You must be 18 or older and live in the United Kingdom.
- You may only hold one account, and it is for your personal, non-commercial use.
- The details you give us must be true and kept up to date.
We may ask you to confirm your age or residence and may suspend or close accounts where we believe these conditions are not met.
3. Free social games — no gambling
Moov Course is a free-to-play social games website. It does not offer real-money gambling. You cannot pay, deposit, bet or win money, prizes or anything of real-world value.
- Virtual coins are given free of charge. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn, and do not belong to you.
- Player levels and XP are for entertainment only and unlock nothing of value.
- Results in our games do not suggest future success at real-money gambling.
4. Your account
You can register with email and password or with Google. Your account is stored and checked on our server. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away through the contact form or email if you think someone else has used it.
For your protection, five incorrect password attempts lock sign-in for 15 minutes.
5. Coins, bonuses and levels
New accounts receive 50,000 free coins. A free daily bonus of 10,000 coins can be collected once every 24 hours from your account page. We may change coin amounts, bonuses, levels or game features at any time, and we may reset or adjust balances to fix errors or misuse. Because coins have no value, no compensation is due for any change or loss of coins.
6. Our games
All games on Moov Course are our own and are loaded in a frame from moovcourse.com. We aim to keep them available and working, but we don't guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove games at any time.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, exploits or automation, or try to manipulate coins, levels or games;
- try to access other accounts, our server files or any part of the site not meant for you;
- interfere with the site's security or performance, or upload anything harmful;
- copy, resell or reuse our games, artwork or content without permission.
8. Intellectual property
The Moov Course name, logo, games, artwork, code and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, personal, revocable licence to play the games on our website only.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which removes it from our server. You can also ask for a break or a restriction through Player Care. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Coins are lost when an account is closed.
10. Liability
Moov Course is provided free of charge and “as is”. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses or for any loss of virtual coins, levels or progress.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Moov Course after a change, the updated Terms apply.
12. Law and contact
